Each Heirloom USB Keepsake includes your full gallery of final edited images delivered on a beautifully packaged USB drive. Files are provided as high-resolution JPEGs identical to those in your online gallery.
Connector Selection
USB drives are available in USB-A (traditional rectangular port) or USB-C (newer devices). Please select the connector that best fits your device. If unsure, the Photographer will choose the most universally compatible option.
Production & Delivery
Orders are custom-prepared and typically ship within 3-4 weeks of purchase. Delivery times may vary due to shipping carrier delays, which are outside the Photographer’s control.
Shipping
USBs are shipped to the address provided at checkout. The Photographer is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Custom Product Policy
Because each USB is made to order, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not available. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact the Photographer within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.
File Responsibility
Clients are responsible for backing up their files upon receipt. The Photographer is not liable for loss of data after delivery.
Copyright & Usage
All images remain the copyright of Sarah Eliz Photography. Purchase of a USB grants personal-use printing rights only and does not transfer copyright or commercial usage rights.
Compatibility
USB drives are compatible with most modern computers. Some tablets and phones may require an adapter.
